I drink between 4-6 liters of water a day (which I KNOW sounds excessive but my body is used to it now and any less than that, I feel dehydrated!) so it makes walking a huge struggle. :P What I've been doing is planning out routes that are a mile to 2 miles long, stopping back in the apartment for a bathroom break, and then going and repeating or doing a different route. My male roommate thinks I'm NUTS as I come bounding in and out while he sits on the couch watching the Simpsons and eating Ramen. >.< Some people have all the luck. :P
