Yesterday - did an hour of crazy intervals (was away from home, but brought my resistance bands...basically did an UB workout with a jog up and down my parents staircase in between sets). MAN was it a good workout...slept like a baby.

5 miles on my treadmill!!! And yoga which I forgot since I have been doing it pretty much every day for years. Tomorrow is my day off!!:D
