hi guys i'm in plymouth south west uk and i'm looking to find people willing to take part in a research project into the effects of a low carb diet and lactate threshold. it would required running a lactate threshold test followed by a week of low carb eating to enduce ketosis and then another lactate threshold test. if anyone would like more info or thinks they may be interested please contact me. testing will be conducted around october november time.
