Default Super Power Workout?

Hello!
Okay, so in my effort to exercise consistently, I am going to the gym on my lunch break, so I really only have 45 minutes that I can work out-which I know is plenty of time to do good work. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of a good like "power workout" or like that most efficient use of that time?
Any suggestions would be much appreciates!!

When I didn't have as much time as I'd like but wanted to burn some major calories, i liked the elliptical machine. Walking up hill the whole way on the tread mill burns alot too.

I vote for cardio too. 45 mins of cardio each day would burn lots of lovely calories and hurry your weight loss along.

If you wanted to do weight training as well, I think it would be more practical to buy some dumbbells and start out doing a little lifting at home, after work. I don't know that 45 mins is enough time to get in a meaningful quantity of cardio AND to do weights.

My vote would actually be to switch off between cardio and weights. One day do weights, one day do cardio. You could do 20-25 minutes of cardio then pick a muscle group and do weights for 20 minutes.
