Hi, i'm new at this.. i've been doing weight watchers and have lost almost 10 lbs in 5 weeks. However, lately it's been only one pound a week.
I stay within my point range and i walk (low intensity) for about 30 min during my lunch break. Then when i get home, i have dinner and then i work out for 35 or 40 min. I usually jump ropefor 20 min then work out to a YOGA dvd.
Is there anything you'd suggest to speed up my metabolism?
