BodyPump rules my life in a sad sort of way. I try to hurry through my day 3 times a week so I can get to the class. The only other Les Mills classes we have at my gym are BodyCombat and BodyAttack. I love BodyCombat (I'm bummed I can't do it right now because of an injury), but BodyAttack reminds me just a bit too much of gym class way back when.
Keep up with the BodyPump, you'll be sore for some time but it will start to go away. Then you get to add more weight and become sore all over again! He he he.
I just love it because it makes me feel so strong and having done it for half a year the results in my muscles are amazing! Now if I could just remove some of this surface flab so I can see said muscles
