Wooohoooo!! A body ball to call my own.

    So I have been using a body ball at the gym for about 2 months. I love it. I love the range of excercises you can do on it, and then being able to roll out and STRETCH my back on it after a rough set of repititions.

    I bought my very own today at Wal-Mart for $9.92!! I was super excited. It even came with an excercise chart for my wall almost identical to the one at the gym.

    Now even if I am too lazy to hit the gym, that ball will be staring at me telling me to get my butt up and move!

    YAY! That's excellent! I didn't know you could get them for less than $20, I am so going up to Wally World to get me my very own too!!!

    It was on sale from 11.99 or something, so even if it isn't on sale at your Wal-Mart it's still a chunk less than alot of balls. It is the Athletic Works brand (a walmart beand) It seems just as sturdy as my ball I used at the gym so no complaints here.

    And airing it up is a workout in itself lol.
