I swear that is the worst thing about my body. Obviously at 168 lbs and 5'4" its not great...But even at my loweer weights like 120 it still makes me look like I weigh more than I do....
Is there anything to do to tighten up that area? Is that in anyway possible? Any advice?
I really doubt it - some people will find it disappears after x lbs, others are just predisposed to having one. A woman at my work is 5"8 and can't weigh more than 100lbs, but she has got a definate double chin going on. I know I hate mine but I figure if it goes, it goes - I am losing weight and if that doesn't make it go, at least I've done all I can for it (surgery excluded).
