Tiggling
 

So, I just got back from my afternoon 30 minute walk and my legs are tingling and twitching a little. Is that because I didn't take time to cool down? And yes, I know my thread title says tiggling but I didn't realize it till it was too late to change it. oh well, new word. ;)

My legs do that too, it could be because of the lack of cooldown but I wouldn't worry too much about it. I kind of like the weird sensation I get from walking then resting.

I thnk it's just the blood circulating... My legs tingle and get so red someone asked the other day if I had been away down south, they thought I was tanned, I wish! My g/f and I went swimming right after a run...

Thanks, I figured it was nothing but wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience.
