I'm just beginning & I'm in a rut as to what kind of exercise I should start out with. I've lost some poundage already, but I've hit a plateau and I know I won't be getting off it if I don't get moving. Any suggestions?
Walking is always a good place to start. You don't need special equipment or have to go to the gym. How about a brisk 30-minute walk 3-4 days a week to start?
