This used to happen to me all the time, but particularly where fabric rubbed against my skin. I mentioned it to a doctor once, because at times it would make exercising unbearable, and he said it's a slight allergic thing akin to hayfever, even if you have no other hayfever symptoms. Taking an antihystamine (like claratyne) once a day, or once every few days, should work. For me it worked 100%! If I dont take one for a few days the itching comes back.

Haha. My brother also thinks that I am being a drama queen. He doesn't believe me at all.

Now, the itching is not that bad. It's quite bearable.

I don't jog and I don't get the itching, but yesterday when I was doing Step aerobic's, my right food and ankle went numb (not completely) on me and I just slowed it down and continued what I was doing. Does this happen to anyone?
