Hello:
I am new but have been reading this site for a few weeks now. You are all so motivational!
I lost 30 pounds 18 months ago on Atkins and then fell off the wagon, so to speak. January 1st, 2007 I decided I had had enough being overweight so my whole family has started working out every day. I have not missed one day which is HUGE for me. I have started seeing changes in how my clothes fit and how I look but I need some help with my front "butt" area.
Here' what I currently do:
Treadmill - 35-40 minutes every day (varying inclines; 3.1 to 3.5 mph)
Weights - 15-20 minutes every other day - crunches, bench press, leg press
My stomach is getting smaller, but that area below my waist doens't seem to be changing. I have had to children and been overweight my whole life.
Any exercise ideas would be great!
