Tae Bo Injuries???
Hello,
I just recently started incorporating Billy Blanks tae bo into my workouts. I noticed that I have developed a sharp pain in my shoulder which I have never felt before. All of the movements seem so sharp and quick. I like the workout a lot, but I do not want it to cause any injuries. I might stick to doing tae bo once a week, or maybe even every other week. Has anyone else had any problems??? Thanks! :carrot: |
