Exercising in an Apartment
 

Hi everyone, I just discovered this forum today.
I live in a pretty small bachelor apartment, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any workout DVD's or ideas that don't require much room?
I have a step, but I'll need to mix it up, especially when I can't get outside for a walk.

I used to do my Walk Away The Pounds videos in an upstairs apt. Not a lot of room, but also couldn't be stomping too much. I also would march in place or use a step with hand weights while watching TV.

I'm in the same situation, and I have yoga and tai chi tapes, but I'm wanting to get a DDR game. I was going to get the plug and play version (which was only like $15 on amazon.com), but the reviews said it is really lame, so I'm saving for the xbox dance pad and one of the games. I love amazon.com prices for the used & new from private sellers, you can usually save at least 20%, and often a lot more.
