What are your favorite forms of exercise?

  • I love all stretches after an intense cardio/weight session (particularly tricep stretch & runner's lunge). Sooo relieving extending those muscles after all the hard work pumping blood through them & building them up.

    I also like lunges in general & tricep curls ~ as for cardios, I took a liking to cardio-dance--some may not care for memorizing all the different movements and routine, but I love the variety!
  • Walking with music ... some days I could go forever (provided there was a bathroom along the way)
  • Walking with my dogs. I also do my Nordic Track 5 days per week, but I prefer walking outside.
  • running - its my alone time
  • I love weight lifting and I love the elliptical.
  • Kickboxing is my absolute favourite - weight lifting comes a close second, to get ripped, look scary and help with the kickboxing!

    I also like anything extreme and fast and hardcore!
