Steppers - any good?
 

Are the steppers actually any good? In terms of does it actually achieve anything? I liked going jogging but there isn't a decent route at uni so i'm looking for exercise equipment I can use in my room that's a good for cardio and a bit of toning too. If this thing isn't any good, are there other things people could recommend?
