Default Wii scale vs Digital scale

I hope this has not been asked 3959 time's and I end up getting lynched but My Wii scale says I am 162 ( I wish) and my Digital scale says I am 165. I always choose the 2 pounds for the lightest option on the Wii but was wondering if anyone else had this issue? Is one better than the other?

Default good to use both

I use both, digital and wii - sometimes they are both right on target and sometimes they are a little off from each other. I like to use the wii to keep a digital history of my loss. Now if I can just use it to exercise! ha

my digital scale says I am heavier than wii does. I tested them with some hand weights and wii was more accurate so I go with that. Oh and i always weigh first thing in the morning completely naked, I just send anyone that is home out of the room till I'm done...lol
