Tony Little's Rock 'n Roll Stepper

I wanted a small workout stepper. I can't get a big stepper, treadmill, eliptical or anything. I have a very small apartment. Has anyone tried the Tony Little's Rock n Roll stepper? It's currently $60 from Walmart online and I might get it this paycheck. Although I looked on infomercial report and it seems to have decent reviews.
