Does anyone use this? How affective is it? I heard it's one of the best things out their right now....I bought the Stamina 55 cm Crystal Edge Workout Ball 2 days ago and I totally love it. A friend of mine recommended it to me. She has had hers for about 2 weeks and you can tell the difference in her weight loss already! I'm hoping to get the same results.

Well, I had a Bean in my living room for the first semester of school (it's my suitemate's). She had it for exercise--but never used it. I happened to like using it as a foot rest. Sometime toward the end of last semester, her sister came over, cleaned our living room and deflated it--neither of us have re-inflated it since ;)

So, I can't speak to it's magic powers--but it is a nice foot rest. I imagine it's just as effective as using a regular workout ball.

hee hee! hummm...foot rest you say? That sounds good too lol
