Six Second Abs
 

Someone recently gave me this program. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet is it worth it?

I think we need more details... Is it a program advocating doing 6 seconds of abs per day will give you abs of steel? ... It sounds too good to be true and my belief is that if it's too good to be true then it probably isn't going to work very well... ....

Just my 2 cents...

how can you not have time for 6 second abs?

Let us know what it intails, maybe if you do it for 20 minutes 3X @ week.

I bought it when it was first being promoted about two or three years ago.

I really disliked it, because you're essentially squashing your leg(s) with the big plastic "ab machine". I wish I would've saved myself the $80. It was very awkward to work with, I was really disappointed.

Maybe I wasn't "tall" or "long" enough? But I'm 5' 5" so I think that's pretty average. I tried so many times to make it work for me, but it was just getting to the point where my lap was getting bruised & my abs weren't feeling the burn. :(
