Horse Ridding exercise machine New out
 

Hi
Has anyone hered of these new horse ridding exercise machines they are only small it is really like a piece of equipment with a handle to hold on and is on 4 legs and you move on it as though you was horse ridding.

Just wondered if they would tone your hips and thighs up has anyone tried them

Yes that is similar to what i was talking about just wondered if they are much good but people on the thread says they would not waste there money which is true if you can do exercises without .

i wouldn't buy it. I think its rediculous. it is true that good horse riders will use their abs, back and legs (i use to ride horses). But this machine really isn't worth the cost. You can do the same exercise with proper sit ups and lower body exercises.

But it's a blast, and you can do it while watching tv. :) I just bought a used one from craigslist.
