Ab-ONE

Anyone have any familiarity with this piece of equipment? I came across an article that said the Ab-ONE was the only ab machine that tested out slightly better than the traditional crunch for effectiveness in engaging the abs.

(I'm not sure how recent or how valid the study is.)
