since so many chicks have caught the P90X bug, what pull up bar are you all using? there's the one on Beachbody, and I've seen ones in stores. Beachbody's has the brackets, maybe that makes it more secure? I don't mind the drilling if it makes it safer when in use.

This may sound silly, but I'm afraid/nervous using the ones that go on the doorframe. One slip or the bar comes loose and I'm doomed. My family also wouldn't be too happy if I seriously ruined the door frame. This is an old house, so I'm not even sure how to tell if I can handle the pull up bar usage.

I'm using bands. My husband uses something he got from Target on sale. It is a pullup bar. The one he uses also has brackets.
