breakfast cassarole
1 lb bacon
6 slices bread trimmed and cubed 1 cup grated cheese 5 eggs 2 cup milk 1 tsp dry mustard salt brown bacon and drain. lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. place bread in the pan, then bacon. beat last 4 ingredients until frothy and pour over bread. cover and refrigerate overnight. bake at 325 for 1 hr. with foil over pan. uncover bake 15 min more. :) glen |

I've done a recipe very similar to this!!
In order to make it more low cal for me, I use egg beaters, turkey bacon (or sausage) and skim milk. This is a good one that I was going to post, but I see it's already here. Thanks hefty1! |
