1# ground chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen spinach
8 oz cream cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 t. nutmeg

Brown hamburger and onion. Cook spinach and drain. Stir hamburger spinach cream cheese and nutmeg together. Simmer until bubbly.

The nutmeg gives this an unusual taste!
