2/3 cup soy protein isolate 3 tablespoons cocoa 3 large eggs 1teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon melted peanut butter 4 packets artificial sweetener 1/4 cup water Preheat oven to 325 degrees Mix dry ingredients, then mix all the other ingredients You might have to add a little more water for the right consistency, It should be like cookie dough, You can put in muffing tins or a loaf pan, I just drop on baking sheets like cookies, bake 15 minutes, You can add some nuts if you prefer. ------------------ alnjan |
