Default scallops with garlic butter and parsley from whole foods

In the freezer section, ready to go!

baby scallops ... just heat and serve.

2 carbs per serving. one serving is half a bag.

it would be a decent amount to have with a veggie for dinner!

I will not let stress, unexpected surprises, or lack of planning derail my plans to be the best, most fit, healthiest me.

I am SO missing Whole Foods Wild Caught Sea Scallops (frozen, no sauces, just plain). Ugh....they haven't carried them in about a year now

So - I purchase the Wild Caught Key West Pink shrimp instead

Made a cream/butter/wine sauce and poured it over zucchini noodles.
