    3 tablespoons honey
    3 tablespoons grainy mustard
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 whole chicken -- cut into pieces

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray a rack with nonstick cooking spray and set it on top. Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Remove skin from chicken. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, oil, curry powder, slat and pepper. using a brush, coat chicken pieces all over with the mustard glaze; set the pieces on the rack. Bake, basting occasionally, until the chicken is golden on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 pieces for 4 servings.
