Heavenly Halibut
I am not a big fish fan, so finding a fish recipe that I not only liked, but REALLY liked, was pretty amazing, and it's so easy, so here it is:
2 Halibut steaks (about 140g each, "dry" with paper towel) Enough low-fat sour cream to lightly coat the steaks, with a bit of olive oil mixed in. Crumb mixture: Crumble 5 low-fat saltine crackers 1 1/2 tbsp of low-fat Parmesan cheese Shakes of basil, paprika, garlic, steakhouse pepper Coat Halibut with sour cream and oil mixture, roll in crumb mixture, and bake for 10 min at 500 F. For the amount of stuff I used, I figured out this was about 230 calories per piece, or 5 points (b/c of fat grams) |
