Ragin' Cajun

  • Recipe from the Abs Diet book

    1/2 cup brown rice
    3/4 cup canned black beans
    1 tsp smart balance
    Dash of Tabasco

    Cook the rice according to package direction. Add the beans (with liquid), margarine, and Tabasco. Stir. Refrigrerate overnight and nuke at lunch. Enjoy!
