Easy Chicken Parmesan

  • I know there are SBD friendly spaghetti sauces out there. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I know they exist.

    1 jar SBD friendly spaghetti sauce
    6 tbsp low-fat grated parmesan cheese
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 cups shredded low-fat mozarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Pour sauce into 13x9 baking dish. Stir in 4 tbsp parmesan cheese.
    Add chicken; turn to coat evenly with sauce.
    Cover w/ foil.
    Bake 30 min.
    Uncover and top with mozarella and remaining parmesan cheese.
    Bake 5 min or until chicken is cooked through.
  • I made this for dinner and my husband wanted me to make it again for lunch the next day!! It was a great hit and very quick an easy to make!
  • This was so yummy, and a huge hit with my whole family! For a side dish I made a large pan of zucchini spritzed with olive oil, & sprinkled with Morton Natures seasoning and parmesan cheese Mmmmm Mmmmm Mmmmm!
