Default Chicken Cordon Bleu & Mock Fajitas

I have a GT Express 101, that I usually use to make omlettes and eggs for breakfast. But last night I made Chicken Cordon Bleu, one breast of chicken stuffed with swiss and ham. It was really easy and really tasty. It called for breadcrumbs, but I didn't use them. I recommend the GT Express 101 for SB Dieters. It's really great for portion control.

And then for lunch today I made: Mock Fajitas
I sauteed some
chopped portobellos
red pepper
chopped deli chicken slices
onion
garlic, seasoned salt, cumin, cayenne, and lime juice.

I plated it and topped it with pepperjack cheese! OMG it was sooo good!

Default What is GT Express?

I saw that you recommend GT Express, but I don't know what that is?

It's similar to a George Forman Grill, I think. Here's a link. http://www.cvilla.com/gt-xpress_a.htm
