Feta Chicken Bake
This recipe came off the Kraft website but I added the tomatoes.
* Exported from MasterCook * Feta Chicken Bake Serving Size : 6 6 boneless chicken breast 2 tablespoons lemon juice -- divided 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 3 1/2 ounces Reduced fat crumbled Feta cheese with Basil and Tomato 1/4 cup red pepper -- finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh parsley -- finely chopped 14 1/2 ounces Hunts Tomato Diced in Sauce (Added by Vicki) Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken in 13x9 baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomaotes and top with cheese, drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Bake 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley. |
Did you try this recipe Vicki? I recently discovered Fat free feta with sundried tomato and basil. Makes a great Greek salad! This recipe sounds yummy.

Yes I have tried this recipe. It originally didn't call for the tomatoes but I added them and it was a great addition.
