5 Minute Mexi-Meal [or M to the 3rd power]
Seriously, it takes 5 total minutes!
1/3 can black beans
1 serving pre cooked and sliced chicken [from Perdue or Lois Rich]
fat free or skim shredded cheese
1 serving salsa
Heat the beans and chicken in a skillet until warmed through. Put on plate, sprinkle cheese on top and add salsa. I also add some cayenne pepper.
It's simple, quick and easy!
