Sante Fe Pork Chops

  • Sante Fe Pork Chops

    1 T chili powder
    1T cumin
    1T black pepper
    1 tsp salt

    Combine all igredients. Coat pork chops for really spicy, or spinkle on for a little spicy. Bake at 425 for 30-40 min or until done. Great with salsa. Probably also good on chicken.
    Save extra in sealed container for next time.
