Personal Sized Chicken&Cheese 'Crust'

http://yourlighterside.com/easy-pizza-crust/ *I quartered the original recipe to make a personal sized 'crust' **when putting this on the parchment you really need to press it together well, since mixture is dry and crumbly Ingredients: 1/4C Chicken Breast - Cooked (finely Shredded in food Processer) 1/4C Mozzarella (finely Shredded) Garlic Powder Italian Spices Preheat oven to 425 On a cookie sheet place a piece of parchment paper In a food processor combine chicken and cheese to form a course crumbly mixture Press chicken/cheese mixture on to parchement in a circle Sprinkle italian seasonings and garlic over top Cook 12mins Remove from oven let rest for 5 mins Top with desired toppings and return to oven for 6-8 mins until topping are heated through Remove from oven and let rest for 3-5 mins before slicing/serving Calories in crust 148 (I really didn't think that this was going to turn out all that well, since the mix was so dry and crumbly, but it worked out in the end, was able to pick it up with my hands to eat it) |
