This isn't a recipe so much as a meal idea. I made them based on the wraps from Cheesecake factory.
Use romaine or leaf ettuce leaves for the wraps, and you stuff inside:
grilled chicken, turkey, or tofu
shredded carrots not allowed until Phase II so either cheat or substitute a Phase I veggie like red peppers
cilantro
crushed peanuts
bean sprouts
wishbone salad spritzer dressing in Asian Silk
This recipe is very versatile, and I'd love to hear your suggestions of other things to add.
