Use romaine or leaf ettuce leaves for the wraps, and you stuff inside:
grilled chicken, turkey, or tofu
shredded carrots not allowed until Phase II so either cheat or substitute a Phase I veggie like red peppers
cilantro
crushed peanuts
bean sprouts
wishbone salad spritzer dressing in Asian Silk
