hypnosis...does it work
 

Has anyone ever tried hypnosis. My sister did for smoking. I was wondering if it could work for weightloss. Her doctor said she could do it for weight loss as well.
I've been at my weight loss for a while and its platued at about 50 pounds so I'm ready for anything that will help jumpstart me again.

I listen to a CD. I've noticed that I'm more consious when I eat. I've lost 15.5lbs since listening to it, 3 weeks ago.. so I think it works. Not sure about anyone else, though.

We've had a few topic on this in the past. Some people say it works, others don't. The ones that said it works usually said it was just temporary.

tried it, spent about $300 thinking it was working, you can look at my weight line, and see that it apparently didn't work for me... it was nice and relaxing though...

Didn't help me in the slightest. LOL only doing it the hard way with diet and exercise is working for me:)

I'm doing it the hard way too.. I'm an unconsious eater. I have become more consious about what I eat.

BTW, I only spent 5 bucks for this CD, so.. what do I have to lose, except weight??!?!

At one time, I used the weight loss hypnosis CD's and I thought it helped at the time.
