Hi. I understand that that the Brazilian diet pill(the legal ones)claim to use a herb called Garcinea Cambogia as the main active ingredient to control appetite.

So rather then pay 100 a month for these pills, I decided to do a search for this herb.And I did find this herb for about 8 buck a bottle at various websites.

However I am in a really cheap mood right now and I don't want to buy something that doesn't work. I don't want to spend even 8 bucks.

So has anyone here tried it or know of anyone who has tried it?

Also, I finally got the weight tracker. But is there any way I can make it so I don't have to cut and paste the code every time I post? I figure there has to be some way to add a sig line? Normally I am good with tech stuff but not this morning I guess lol.

Post update: after posting this message I did go to other threads to read and did run into some stuff about Garcinea Cambogia but it had not come up in the search when I tried it. So I think It won't hurt to leave this post as it is more likely to come up in search.

Conclusion:
There is no evidence to show that HCA is beneficial for weight loss, and it can be harmful in some cases. It is better to wait and see what future research shows before taking it.
