CLA Tonalin

Has anyone here tried taking CLA tonalin? It is a supplement that with exercise and eating healthy is suppose to increase fat loss. I just bought bottle for 10.00 to try. This is the first time I am trying something like this but I figure if it is a supplement and I don't think it alone will make me lose weight it is worth a shot.

I take it -- I can't guarantee that it works, but I figure it's worth a shot. I've been taking it for years.

Thanks , hockeyfan. I lost 35 lbs on my own and figured I see if it helped speed the rest up. No guarantee!
