We've had several threads on the website in the past.

I thought this post by Suzanne was pretty succinct...

here's an older thread as well.

Like the older threads say, there's nothing new or 'innovative' in the diet. Because of their annoying, incessant spamming on 3FC, however, Suzanne had to ban the link so it will not post at 3FC.
