Right Size Smoothie

Anyone know anything about right size smoothie. Does it work?

I think homemade, fresh smoothies are a better choice. Perhaps Slimfast products would also be a good substitute. But the Right Size smoothies contain a lot of things you don't need, some of which are potentially harmful.
