The PCOS diet book

has anyone tried this book yet? was it reasonable? i mean did it expect you to eat like you live alone? I have an issue with having to always make a "special" meal.

Are you referring to the PCOS Diet Book from about 3 or 4 years ago -- not the New Dawn book? If so, I read and followed the PCOS Diet Book (not New Dawn or Stoakes) and lost 30 pounds, then got pregnant. Very helpful, especially the information on herbal helps.
