Idiot Proof Diet
 

Hi Everyone,

Just joined today, but I have been lurking for some time. What a great site this is!

Does anyone know anything about The Idiot Proof Diet? It looks really interesting. It basically says that our metabolism is like a thermostat, constantly adjusting to the way we eat. It suggests that every few days we completely change what we are eating so that our metabolism will be tricked into helping us lose weight. (I'm probably not doing a good job explaining this-no medical experience.)

Anyway, it costs $27 for 90 days, not a fortune, but for me every penny counts.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
