I take the regular Once A Day (generic form). I've noticed a difference in my nails..but not much else.

I have no problems with the weight smart vitamins; but I have noticed since I started taking them I get nauseated if I eat enough to become full. This is a side effect I am willing to deal with since it helps me eat smaller portions than I used to.

I've taken One A Day Weight Smart religiously for the past month and I've noticed that it makes me nauseated on an empty stomach......but I think that's true of all vitamins. And like FrugalChick, my nails have gotten very strong and long. Also, I'm getting the the opposite effect of some of you when it comes to BM's. Mine are nowhere near as frequent. Maybe 3x a week.

Thank you so much for this thread. I have been feeling ill in the mornings and even threw up once before work. I thought it might be the vitamins, and seeing your posts certainly makes me feel better. I think taking them with lunch or a late breakfast may be the answer for me. Thanks!

I just have to say this about Weightsmart vitamins..if you go to their website they are NOT selling it as a weightloss pill. They are selling it as a pill to help give you nutrients to support your weightloss..In other words NO it wont help you lose weight, but it will ensure you are getting the vitamins you need as you lose weight. The greentea it contains is not even the amount the studies recommend..(not that the studies are accurate).
Go see their website and you will see what I mean. Its not a magic pill its a vitamin.

Hey, I've tried these bad boys and they definitely make my stomach feel a bit off. If I take it on an empty stomach, I feel like I'm going to get a refund on my last meal

But when I take them after a meal, they usually do ok. I don't think they make a metabolic difference, or at leastl ike..not enough of one to rely on. But they are good vitamins.

i have been taking one a day weight smart and they dont make me feel sick but i eat breakfast every morning before taking them and they seem to be
helping a little bit with me not feeling so hungry before lunch. i have lost 2 lbs. in 2 weeks but i do exercise i walk 30mins about 2 miles 5 - 6 days a week.
