Just to add to that, DietPower is very good, and used all over the place in the bodybuilding community. Of course it all depends if you're one of those people that can handle filling out the details of everything you ate!

Interesting to hear the comments you made about the FitDay download - still you've got to hand to them for providing the online service 100% free - that's amazing!

Hi...after reading this thread, I decide to visit fitday.com and ended up buying the download..I really like the program, and I can add my to my custom foods list of foods eaten that are not on the list. I know that you like the diet power and good luck to you with that download. Wish me luck...

We have had diet power for a while but our computer got messed up and haven't been able to use it in over a year. But now, we have it again. I love it. When we used it before, it was so easy and I found I neede to eat MORE food, but wasnt even hungry enough. I lost 10lbs in about 4-6 weeks, but that was before the computer crashed. I hope for same/better results this time.
It's easy to keep track of calories and wate. It even has recipe area and stuff. I highly recomend this.

I think Dietpower is a great product not just for calorie counting. You do have to weigh yourself frequently at the beginning for it to measure your metabolic rate, but after that 1/week is fine. It probably wouldn't work for people who only like to weigh themselves monthly or more.
I like it for the way it measures my intake of sodium, potassium, sugar, water etc. After a week or so you can really get a great picture of where your diet may be lacking in nutrients other than calories, fat and carbs.
I also feel good about getting "credit" calories for exercise, housework, gardening etc.
