What does apple cider vinegar caps suppose to do for you and has it worked for anybody?

One word: overrated. :)

The stuff isn't going to KILL you, but it's not going to make the fat burn off any faster either...

My parents by the actual vinegar (way cheaper than pills) and put 1 or 2 tablespoons in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it every morning - it is supposed to help with digestion or helping cleanse your system or something or other and it is also supposed to help arthritis - not sure how :shrug: but I really don't put to much stock in it myself.
