3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - I searched but couldn't find info on this emanual thingy

I've edited the link due to our policy against links, but left it as an obvious name in case anyone wants to find it, as an example of the type of diet product website to avoid.

They sell a 65 page ebook that they claim that they have sold almost 3 million copies at $39.95 each! E-books of this nature are just not popular. It's overpriced, we don't know who wrote it or what it contains, and they CLAIM to have had clients such as Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz... oh come on!!!!!!!!!!!

Their before and after photo gallery contains a lot of missing images. Plus, there is at least one image in there that I recognize from a magazine ad for another product.

I checked the Better Business Bureau and they have this to say:

report dissatisfaction with the company's weight loss
program and difficulty obtaining refunds. The company has not
responded to the complaints.

Additionally, letters that the BBB sent to them were returned to sender as address unknown. It is also noted that the company refused to respond to all complaints, including complaints that they refused to issue refunds.

You were right to question their ad before buying :)
