Fat Flush Plan

Hello Everyone,
I recently registered here and I must say I like it alot!
I have a question for you...I was looking into the Fat Flush Plan; does anyone here know or have used it before?

My aunt is using it and she really likes it. It's very strict, but she's lost 23 pounds so far. I don't know much about it, but she's been on it since summer. Good luck.

Yes, I did it for a while but its hard to stick with you can't have coffee on it! I've since joined weight watchers.
